Who is Sis Izzy Thomas
Sis Izzy Thomas was born in a small town called Pahokee, Florida, but was raised in a little camp called Bryant Village, Florida where her father worked for the United States Sugar Corporation. This is where she lived up until the age of 23. She then moved to Royal Palm Beach, Florida, which is where she currently resides.
She’s the mother of 2 children. (One boy & one girl) She’s also the third of six children and is the only girl of the bunch. Both of her parents were born in Jamaica, but migrated to the USA in their teenage years. This is why Sis Izzy call herself a “Jamerican.”

Childhood
Her childhood was a very active one. She played every sport known to man and attended church regularly; where she played the drums on a few Sunday’s. She also sung with her late cousin (Ida Mae Phillips) on most Sunday’s upon request. She’s very shy when it comes to singing in front of a crowd, but she always made due. Obedience is better than sacrifice. She’s also been a member of the same church her entire life. (Glorious Community Holiness Church of Jesus of The Apostolic Faith, Inc.) A very faithful Servant. Her late grandfather (Nathaniel Phillips) was her Pastor until he became ill.
She never expected to record any music, but through the constant motivation from a few of her Artiste friends; she decided to get into the recording studio to pursue her career in the music ministry. She‘s done several interviews and Virtual Live Events via various Social Media Platforms all across the globe. (Jamaica, Canada, UK, Africa, Sweden, & USA to name a few) She’s also been nominated for a several Gospel Awards and won a few of them; which included one for her songs titled “Father.” She won Best New Artist of the Year for the 7th Annual S&M Gospel Awards in 2021 and International Female Soloist of The Year for the 2022 Texas Gospel Excellence Music Awards! She’s also nominated for a few awards in 2022. God is definitely moving in her life and she stated that where he leads her, she‘ll definitely follow. The skies are the limit!
